An evening together to completely decompress, relax, soften, surrender and nurture yourself. Nothing to do, but to immerse yourself in a beautiful Sound Journey, led by special guests each month and accompanied by a heart-opening Relaxation Meditation by Rossana. You will lay down on a cosy mat, with cushion and blankets and fully receive this gift of complete gentle and soft relaxation.

About Rossana - Co-Founder & Co-Owner of Elevate Studio, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Certified Teacher (500 hr), Certified Shakti Dance Facilitator, People Engagement Manager @Teralytics.
