Cacao ceremony for the Full Moon 2nd of July at Elevate Studio.

We come together to harvest the energy of the full moon and cultivate a sense of gratitude within ourself. Connect with your heart through the medicine of the cacao and feel the vibration of love and compassion in your body through sound.

During the ceremony, you will experience the heart-opening and mood-enhancing properties of cacao, a sacred plant medicine used for thousands of years by indigenous cultures in South America. Through guided breath, meditation and soundhealing, you will connect with your inner self, creating a deeper sense of balance and harmony in your life.

Good to know:

• Take a fruit or flower to place on the altar.
• If possible, do not drink coffee or black tea before the ceremony.
• If possible, do not eat anything for two hours before the ceremony.
