Co-Founder & Co-Owner of Elevate Studio, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Certified Teacher (500 hr)
I remember very well how I felt after I attended my first Kundalini class. I had been practicing Yoga on and off for a couple of years, mostly Hatha and Vinyasa, when I first heard someone talking about Kundalini Yoga. Without knowing much about it, I went for a trial class. And when I left the studio, I felt so deeply content, calm and at peace. I wanted to know more about it and became curious. And above all, I wanted to feel like that again. Through my regular Kundalini practice I have gained physical and mental strength, confidence, consciousness and peace of mind. And now, I look forward to passing on these effects in my classes. Besides Kundalini, I love books and have been working in the art book publishing world for many years. I am also one of the founding members and organizers of the independent art book fair VOLUMES (www.volumeszurich.ch)
Movement has always been very important to me. In my youth, dancing taught me to explore my body, to perceive it and also to give it expression. Yoga was a pleasant change for me in the beginning. On my longer trip to South America, I was then completely gripped by yoga fever. Back in Switzerland, I was looking for a balance to my hectic workday as an export specialist. Six years ago I accompanied a friend to a Kundalini Yoga class and had no idea what I was getting into. It was very different, special, precious. I was deeply relaxed and yet full of energy. It was clear to me that I had found my "home". I decided right away to take the 2-year-long Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training (500h). At the same time, I completed the training as a Chakra Therapist with Jean-Pierre Crittin and the advanced training Kundalini Yoga on the chair for seniors with Willem Wittstam . Currently attending an online teacher training with Gloria Latham and I will soon start the Lu Jong (Tibetan healing yoga) teacher training.
Certified Meditation Teacher who has been practicing meditation since 2016. I have studied a variety of different meditation techniques and embrace both traditional and modern styles. I believe that our approach should continuously evolve to the needs of the time, and that there is a style of meditation for everyone. As someone who works in an office during the week and has a toddler at home, meditation has helped me become more resilient in handling the stressors of modern life, increased my focus and attention, and positively impacted my mindset.
My goal as a teacher is to help more people experience the benefits of meditation by making it relatable and accessible. I apply traditional teachings to the modern world to create a thought-provoking class.
Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Meditation and Yoga Teacher & Sound Healer.
While yoga has always been part of my adult life, it was while struggling with anxiety as a working mother that I realised that my contributions to a better world were hampered by the stresses and frustrations within me. I embarked on a meditation course and started my own daily practice. The deep peace and wellness I found within myself transformed me. I completed my first meditation teacher training in 2016 and went on to specialise in Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing. Today I help people heal stress and trauma symptoms and connect back to the peace and love within.

I am a young and enthusiastic yoga teacher coming freshly from my first 200h teacher training. I have practised yoga for more than 10 years and am still fascinated by how it allows me to find myself. Curiosity and the desire to deepen my practice inspired me to learn more about it and to start a wonderful teacher training in 2021-2022. I am now really excited to continue my yoga journey on the other side of the room and share my knowledge and passion with you.
Certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher (200hrs)
While I was still navigating the frenzy of a busy job in a pressurizing environment, yoga became my anchor. At the end of each session, I had that same feeling of having had an hour of therapy on my mat. The physical pains and tensions disappeared, the mind was calmed, the emotions were softened.
My passion for yoga continued to grow until a small lamp lit up in my head: "why not teach the benefits of yoga?". I completed a 200h training in Vinyasa Yoga and have been teaching classes since 2019.
I am also a naturopath in training. This profession brings me the immense satisfaction of feeling useful to the protection of the so precious good that is health.

Certified Yoga Teacher, Hatha & Vinyasa yoga teacher (200hrs) with Heather Elton, Liquid flow advanced yoga teacher (200hrs) with Simon Park.
I discovered the practice of yoga while living in Australia, in 2014. Uplifting yet challenging, the practice of yoga allowed me to have a positive relationship with my body, a better focus as well as a discipline. Since then, my yoga journey continues through several countries in Europe where I meet very inspiring yoga teachers and communities. I studied the therapeutic aspects of yoga postures, I integrated spiritual and philosophical knowledge and discovered my true nature - that of a person willing to share the powerful benefit of yoga with others. My intention is to help you (re)connect to yourself, to be part of a tradition that is Yoga, an ever-evolving practice that has the power to transform your life.
I got introduced to yoga through my grandfather, and since the early age I used to watch him doing padmasana, headstand, pranayama etc. Of course, back then I did not give it any particular meaning.
Life invited me to start my own practice 17 years ago. I came to Iyengar class, and I felt something more than just physical goodness after the practice. I've practiced various styles, and have taken different trainings and workshops (Hatha, Jivamukti, Vinyasa, Trauma sensitive yoga, Kundalini). The path of personal growth and yoga practice is endless, but it already helped me significantly to purify my body, my mind, and my soul. I believe that through yoga practice we are discovering our true selves, reconnecting to the essence and working to let go everything that does not serve our purpose.
Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher (200hrs), Trauma-sensitive-Yoga-Practitioner, Certified independent Psychotherapist.
Since 2013, I passionately work as a certified psychotherapist, guiding individuals, couples and circle of groups through their inner journey to gain a more balanced, conscious and fulfilled life. In 2017 a big personal shift happened and I started to explore the connection between the body and mind through yoga practices, movement, meditation and breath work. Since then, yoga has been a helpful tool to integrate the wisdom of the body in my personal and professional life. For me yoga is a powerful way to calm down the body, to still the mind and to find inner wisdom and answers. My aim is to combine those tools and to share my broad knowledge in a very practical level on the yoga mat. My class is for those who seek to find deeper connection to their body and to their inner self.
It's been a few years now that yoga and meditation have found their way into my life, and I'm very glad about it. The gifts of yoga and meditation are visible not only during my practice, but also in my daily life, as I have more compassion for myself and others, as well as a greater feeling of connection. I fell in love with Yin Yoga at first sight. I felt that it was exactly what I needed to bring more calmness, reflection, and balance into my life. So when I decided to do a yoga teacher training, I went all in for a 200-hour Yin training. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to practice yoga and meditation, and I feel a lot of passion and desire to teach and continue learning.
Building up on the yogic principle of a-himsa (non-violence) as well as the buddhist principle of karuna (compassion), my yoga and meditation practice extends beyond the mat and includes taking care of the environment and advocating for justice and equality.
Passionate about all things that nourish one's soul, Certified Yoga Teacher (200hr) and Sound Healing Facilitator.
I create spaces of stillness through Yin Yoga, Sound and Breath. My journey started 2017, when I had to learn how to hold space for myself. It has lead me to discover healing and spiritual practices of the east and west, ancient and new which I now string together to a unique experience for everyone. Since 2019 I have been leading regular Yoga Classes and Sound Healings for groups and singles, businesses and leisure. My classes are a place where you can de-stress and recharge your batteries, it's like a spa treatment for your mind, body and soul.
Certified Health Coach and Breathwork Facilitator. Passionate about self-healing and holistic health
My vision is to create a safe space for people to transform through conscious connected breathing. Through my own journey with Breathwork I experienced how transformative this practice can be to connect not only to my own body and heal physical pain but also connect to my true inner nature. Breathwork supported me to go deeper in my own healing journey as it helped me to unravel parts of me which I was unaware of and let go of stuck emotions and energies from my body and mind. Hence, I experience life more fully now by being able to feel at home and at ease in my body as well as being more peaceful and grounded especially while I worked in a fast-paced corporate environment.
