Kundalini Yoga w. Gloria (D/E)
A feeling of pure contentment. That's what I felt after my first encounter with Kundalini Yoga. And what I want to pass on to you during our time together on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday evenings. The classes follow the classic structure of a Kundalini class and include a warm-up, various kriyas as well as meditations and mantras. If these terms don't mean anything to you: no problem. All are welcome, newcomers and experienced, German and English speakers.

Hatha yoga, Pranayama and Meditation w. Bess (E/D)
Hatha yoga is here to bring balance between the interaction of body, mind and prana (energy). The practice of Hatha yoga works on a mental level as much as it does on a physical level. It`s a powerful tool to balance our nervous system (by activating both sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system), to release blocked energy and to still the mind through asanas, pranayama (breath work) and mediation.
My classes are designed to explore the physical capabilities of the body, and also aims to reach a deep relaxation. At the end of the class, you may feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I`m looking forward to share the space with you, see you soon!

Yin - Deep Tissue Serenity w. Melaney (D/E)
Every last Tuesday of the month, I invite you to my yin yoga class, in which we harmonize the flow of energy in the body. Yin yoga is based on three essential principles: Boundary (the point at which we feel a sensation, but not yet pain), stillness and time.
Immerse yourself in a world of relaxation and regeneration. This one-hour
practice is a gentle, meditative experience that aims to release deep tension to create space. The asanas are held for an extended period of time. Through conscious breathing and mindfulness, we reduce stress and tension.

Yin & Yang Yoga w. Elena (E)
Yin and Yang are about relative qualities present in everything. Yin means feminine, passive, internal and cooling, while Yang means masculine, active, external and warming. In this class we will combine both to achieve balance. We will start with a strong hatha-based practice (yang), including sun salutations and various asanas to strengthen and tone our body, improve flexibility and increase stamina. We will then transition to a slower Yin practice, where poses are held for longer, allowing us to deeper connect to ourselves and stimulate the meridians (energy channels), bringing balance to the body and mind. We will close the class with Shavasana – the most important restorative practice, which is also perfect to call it a day. The class is suitable for all levels.

Calmness, Strength & Breath w. Yasemin (D)
In my classes I focus on…
…stillness: The world is so noisy. There are few places of silence in our everyday lives. Yoga is a way of finding inner and outer peace, clearing the mind and practicing self-reflection.
…strength: My yoga classes are slow, powerful and centering. I practice Slow Flows. My yoga classes are not a workout, but you will still work up a sweat.
…breath: We focus our awareness on the breath and we want to change it in a targeted way (pranayama). The breath is our anchor in every pose and guides us through the yoga
practice.
My motto: you have nothing to prove but a lot to learn! I teach in Swiss German, but I am happy to switch to High German or English. My aim is for everyone to feel good during class and afterwards. Everyone is welcome. I look
forward to seeing you!

Hatha Yoga & Pranayama w. Christof (D/E)
In my Hatha Yoga & Pranayama classes, we work with the body and the breath to develop concentration, grounding and balance. We focus on the connection of breath with movement as well as the alignment of our poses. A strong physical peak is followed by a calming wind down and deep relaxation. Pranayama exercises are also a key element of this class.
I put a lot of focus on the mental aspect of Hatha yoga, aiming to tap into a "flow state" of meditative awareness throughout the practice.

Breathwork w. Jessica (D/E)
Join me in a conscious connected Breathwork session to get in touch with your unconscious self and face the hidden forces within. One of the greatest benefits of breathwork is that it is a self-healing practice. This method helps you to reduce muscle tension and anxiety present with stress-related symptoms and thoughts, boost attention span and sharpen focus, calm your nervous system, prepares your body for rest and strengthen the immune system. It supports you to connect to your higher self and gain clarity. To receive these benefits, all you have to do is join me in a Breathwork session in comfortable clothes, lie down and breath connected breaths through your mouth. In a safe space I guide you with music, my voice and if you like bodywork to release what no longer serves you so you can get out of your busy mind and connect more to your heart and body.
Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing w. Myriam (E)
Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep" is an ancient deep relaxation practice usually experienced lying down. By resting deeply we distance ourselves from our thoughts and emotions, come back to the calm within, supporting us to heal physically and mentally. My Yoga Nidra sessions are often accompanied by Tibetan Singing bowls which enhance the process and help dissolve blockages. These sessions are helpful to release tension, resolve symptoms of stress, anxiety and trauma, positively altering your brain such that you may feel calmer, happier and more connected to yourself.
