The Hatha Flow combines powerful poses with flowing transitions, synchronized with breath and music. Mudras and mantras are woven into the practice to honor tradition. Props like blocks and straps modify the practice, making it more accessible or challenging based on your needs. By focusing on alignment, the practice enhances strength, flexibility, and promotes overall well-being, mindfulness, and self-confidence. The class ends with a calming Shavasana and Sound Bath.
Sound Healing Wellness w. Marina (E)

This is a massage for your energetic body to restore you energy center. You will be guided into a deep meditation through singing bowls, harmonies and sounds by vocal transmissions using the Loop Station. The sound vibrations impacts listeners state of being and has been known to evoke a sphere of inner harmony and radiance.
Similar to Yoga Nidra, you will experience the transition from the beta wave state (awake) to the alpha state, the brain wave frequency that connects conscious thought to the subconscious. The hertz frequencies and vibrations of the sound healing support the cells of your body to let go and relax mind while healing processes can happen.

Hatha Yoga Flow w. Daniela (E)

The class is based on Hatha Yoga and includes a gentle Vinyasa flow which ends in a final Yoga Nidra during Shavasana. For this reason it is both energetic and calming, an harmonic sequence that aims to ground you and make you feel centered and relaxed.
During the class you can expect a clear pace and anatomy explanations of what is happening in your body, but also Pranayama and Meditation. Each class brings a theme according to the time of the year and the personal or collective experience, giving you a topic to reflect also out of the mat.
The last part of the class assure that after the dynamic movement, you will be guided to a deep relaxation and you can leave the studio feeling calm and balanced.

Somatic Yoga w. Caro (E/SP)

In my classes, we will work on regulating the nervous system while focusing on the alignment of the postures, creating a connection between the interior and exterior of the practice so that all parts of the body are benefited. More than achieving a perfect pose, the priority is for each student to move with safety, connecting with their body in a conscious and compassionate way. The goal is for each person to create a channel of communication with themselves, so they can empower themselves in their practice, listening to their own body and individual needs. I use props to ensure that each posture is accessible to beginners and challenging for advanced practitioners, adapting the practice to individual needs. In a warm and inclusive environment, I invite you to explore your body with curiosity, cultivate stability and flexibility, and develop a deeper connection with yourself.
Hatha Yoga w. Pauline (E/FR)

Hatha Yoga class is designed to harmonize your body and mind. This session combines a flowing sequence of asanas, synchronized with mindful breathwork, to cultivate both physical strength and inner peace.
We'll begin with gentle movements to warm up the body, gradually moving into a series of asanas held for varying durations. These poses are carefully chosen to improve flexibility, balance, and concentration, while also promoting overall body awareness. Throughout the class, we'll pay attention to the breath, using it as a tool to deepen our practice and connect with the present moment.
Meditation will be woven into the session, allowing you to quiet the mind and cultivate a sense of inner stillness. We'll conclude with a deeply relaxing savasana, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and at peace.
