The classes follow the classic structure of a Kundalini class and include a warm-up, various kriyas as well as meditations and mantras. If these terms don't mean anything to you: no problem. All are welcome, newcomers and experienced, German and English speakers.

We will practice asanas, experiencing both gentle and soft or more dynamic and stimulating flows that challenge our strength and balance. We will move in and out of postures with awareness, as the breath moves in and out of our body. We will create new sequences from class to class and also explore breathing techniques and meditation. I am very exited to welcome you to my class and looking forward to a mindful practice, where you can be and express your true self.
Vinyasa Lunch Flow w. Sabrina (E)

Vinyasa” means from the Sanskrit term nyasa, “to place,” and the prefix vi, “in a special way”. During the practice, you learn how to move through different asana positions using your breath as a guide. You create an order and a connection between mind, body, and breath. We will explore our body as a mirror that shows our mental tendency in daily life. Every position will be meticulously explained so that you can be guided in your journey of growth. I’m very happy to have you in the class, we will do the journey together. I believe that the practice of yoga has a lot to offer.

The synchronisation of breath and movement.
Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word meaning "to place in a special way" and refers to a practice known to develop and refine your center. I offer a friendly and dynamic practice for all levels, with different options throughout the class to help you to progress at your own pace encouraged by the energy of the group.
A playful flow including postures with your breath as the center of attention, the anchor around which everything flows and relaxes.
Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing w. Myriam (E)

Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep" is an ancient deep relaxation practice usually experienced lying down. By resting deeply we distance ourselves from our thoughts and emotions, come back to the calm within, supporting us to heal physically and mentally. My Yoga Nidra sessions are often accompanied by Tibetan Singing bowls which enhance the process and help dissolve blockages. These sessions are helpful to release tension, resolve symptoms of stress, anxiety and trauma, positively altering your brain such that you may feel calmer, happier and more connected to yourself.
Loop Sound Meditation w. Marina (E)

This is a massage for your energetic body. You will be guided into a deep meditation through harmonies and sounds created by vocal transmissions using the Loop Station. The sound vibrations will help you release stress, overthinking patterns, negativity, anxiety, insecurities and doubts in general. You will reconnect to your authenticity - your personal power.
Similar to Yoga Nidra, you will experience the transition from the beta wave state (awake) to the alpha state, the brain wave frequency that connects conscious thought to the subconscious. The hertz frequencies and vibrations of the sound healing support the cells of your body to let go and relax mind while healing processes can happen.
Lunchtime Meditation w. Alex (E)

Come join me for a 30 minute lunchtime Meditation where we will let go of any stress from the week, focus on being present, and get to know our minds better. I encourage you to explore the relationship you have with yourself as it will enhance your perspective and bring you a happier and healthier life. Classes combine breathwork with various meditation techniques such as visualisation, thought observation, loving-kindness, calm abiding and progressive relaxation. Whether you’re new to meditation or experienced with it, everyone is welcome. I keep things relatable and easy for anyone to follow. I look forward to guiding you to a calm state of mind as you head into the weekend.
Let Go Flow w. Renata (E)

The class is created in a way to liberate us from the unnecessary burden. During this practice, we will intend to create more freedom, more space in the physical body, in the mind and the in the subtle body. During the class we will integrate the breathwork, asana practice, meditation or mantras. I invite to let go the mental charge, physical blockages and unnecessary energy.
If we let go everything, what does not serve us, all the mental, emotional, physical luggage we are carrying; we will be left with our true essence, and a deep sense of ease and joy will naturally unveil
Hatha yoga, Pranayama and Meditation w. Bess (E/D)

Hatha yoga is here to bring balance between the interaction of body, mind and prana (energy). The practice of Hatha yoga works on a mental level as much as it does on a physical level. It`s a powerful tool to balance our nervous system (by activating both sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system), to release blocked energy and to still the mind through asanas, pranayama (breath work) and mediation.
My classes are designed to explore the physical capabilities of the body, and also aims to reach a deep relaxation. At the end of the class, you may feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I`m looking forward to share the space with you, see you soon!
Yin Yoga w. Giuliana (D)

I would like to take you on a journey into inner silence this evening. Through meditation, yin yoga, breathing exercises and sound accompaniment, we will leave everyday life behind and recharge our batteries with confidence and energy for the days ahead. Yin Yoga is a calm and slow practice that allows tensions in the body and mind to release. In addition to deep stretches of the muscles, we also address fascia, ligaments and tendons. Yin Yoga makes us more flexible, strengthens our body awareness and creates space for insight. I like to bring themes into the class, such as one of the five elements, the seasons, or more general themes such as kindness and appreciation.
Sound Bath w. Elena (D/E)

Sound Baths are probably the easiest way to quiet your thoughts and deeply relax your body. All you have to do is come in comfy clothes, lie down, close your eyes and listen. The sound will then do its job and take you on a journey. The frequencies emitted by the different instruments stimulate your brainwaves to switch to theta brainwaves while you're awake. Theta states normally occur when you're asleep and deeply relaxed. Going into this state whilst awake, will let you access deeper levels of relaxation and help you de-stress. It's like pressing the reset button. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing how the stressed faces at the beginning of a sound bath leave deeply relaxed and content with themselves and the world.
Inner*Outer Voices w. Kara (D/E)

What does it sound like when your outer voice unites with your inner voice and makes your body dance? Your heart sets the pulse. What do you hear then? Where do you get to? Let's explore those questions vocally, through embodiment, through breath - Together. Together creating more space in our bodies for voice and moods, and then meeting in the unique language of our sounding bodies. First we kiss the body awake with body- and breathing-exercises and then we let our voices run free. Whether they want to squeak, sigh, jump, scream or bathe in the sound of mantras and simple songs...a diverse mix of moods awaits you! No previous experience necessary.
Come as you are and as you want to be.

Breathwork

Join me in a conscious connected Breathwork session to get in touch with your unconscious self and face the hidden forces within. This is a unique opportunity to release what no longer serves you and connect to your personal power to feel more at home in your body.
One of the greatest benefits of breathwork is that it is a self-healing practice. This method helps you to reduce muscle tension and anxiety present with stress-related symptoms and thoughts, boost attention span and sharpen focus, calm your nervous system, prepares your
body for rest and strengthen the immune system. It supports you to connect to your higher self and gain clarity.
To receive these benefits, all you have to do is join me in a Breathwork session in comfortable clothes, lie down and breath connected breaths through your mouth. In a safe
space I guide you with music, my voice and if you like bodywork to release what no longer serves you so you can get out of your busy mind and connect more to your heart and body.
