Kundalini Yoga w. Gloria (D/E)
A feeling of pure contentment. That's what I felt after my first encounter with Kundalini Yoga. And what I want to pass on to you during our time together on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday evenings. The classes follow the classic structure of a Kundalini class and include a warm-up, various kriyas as well as meditations and mantras. If these terms don't mean anything to you: no problem. All are welcome, newcomers and experienced, German and English speakers.

Amaru Kundalini Vibrations w. Petra (D/E)
To me, Kundalini Yoga radiates a special magic, and it helps us find our balance (work life-balance), manage stress, recognise and enhance our creative potential. In addition, Kundalini Yoga improves the functions of the body, the organs and the glands are stimulated, the cardiovascular system is strengthened, our mind is cleansed and our consciousness is stimulated. My classes are dedicated to a specific theme, such as spine/flexibility or immune system/love. Therefore, my classes are very varied, sometimes very calm and meditative, sometimes very activating and powerful.
Kundalini Yoga on the Chair for Senior w. Petra (D)
Joie de vivre, resilience, self-confidence, joy and balance in old age.
Are you interested in yoga in old age, would you like to start but the idea of sitting cross-legged on the floor for long periods of time is holding you back? This class helps minimise unwelcome symptoms of declining physical activity and perceive the ageing process as growth. Moving away from age-related fragility, opening up to a powerful and secure wisdom of old age. On the physical level, yoga on the chair helps you to develop a mobile erect spine, a stable pelvic floor, balance, deep breathing, coordination, better body awareness.
Vinyasa Morning Flow w. Lisa (D/E)
Move with your breath to gently wake up your body and mind to start the new day refreshed and energised. We will practice asanas, experiencing both gentle and soft or more dynamic and stimulating flows that challenge our strength and balance. We will move in and out of postures with awareness, as the breath moves in and out of our body. We will create new sequences from class to class and also explore breathing techniques and meditation. I am very exited to welcome you to my class and looking forward to a mindful practice, where you can be and express your true self.
Vinyasa Lunch Flow w. Sabrina (E)
Vinyasa” means from the Sanskrit term nyasa, “to place,” and the prefix vi, “in a special way”. During the practice, you learn how to move through different asana positions using your breath as a guide. You create an order and a connection between mind, body, and breath. We will explore our body as a mirror that shows our mental tendency in daily life. Every position will be meticulously explained so that you can be guided in your journey of growth. I’m very happy to have you in the class, we will do the journey together. I believe that the practice of yoga has a lot to offer.

Kundalini Lunch Flow w. Lucille (E)
The synchronisation of breath and movement.
Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word meaning "to place in a special way" and refers to a practice known to develop and refine your center. I offer a friendly and dynamic practice for all levels, with different options throughout the class to help you to progress at your own pace encouraged by the energy of the group.
A playful flow including postures with your breath as the center of attention, the anchor around which everything flows and relaxes.
Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing w. Myriam (E)
Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep" is an ancient deep relaxation practice usually experienced lying down. By resting deeply we distance ourselves from our thoughts and emotions, come back to the calm within, supporting us to heal physically and mentally. My Yoga Nidra sessions are often accompanied by Tibetan Singing bowls which enhance the process and help dissolve blockages. These sessions are helpful to release tension, resolve symptoms of stress, anxiety and trauma, positively altering your brain such that you may feel calmer, happier and more connected to yourself.
Lunchtime Meditation w. Alex (E)
Come join me for a 30 minute lunchtime Meditation where we will let go of any stress from the week, focus on being present, and get to know our minds better. I encourage you to explore the relationship you have with yourself as it will enhance your perspective and bring you a happier and healthier life. Classes combine breathwork with various meditation techniques such as visualisation, thought observation, loving-kindness, calm abiding and progressive relaxation. Whether you’re new to meditation or experienced with it, everyone is welcome. I keep things relatable and easy for anyone to follow. I look forward to guiding you to a calm state of mind as you head into the weekend.
Sound Bath w. Elena (D/E)
Sound Baths are probably the easiest way to quiet your thoughts and deeply relax your body. All you have to do is come in comfy clothes, lie down, close your eyes and listen. The sound will then do its job and take you on a journey. The frequencies emitted by the different instruments stimulate your brainwaves to switch to theta brainwaves while you're awake. Theta states normally occur when you're asleep and deeply relaxed. Going into this state whilst awake, will let you access deeper levels of relaxation and help you de-stress. It's like pressing the reset button. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing how the stressed faces at the beginning of a sound bath leave deeply relaxed and content with themselves and the world.
Inner*Outer Voices w. Kara (D/E)
What does it sound like when your outer voice unites with your inner voice and makes your body dance? Your heart sets the pulse. What do you hear then? Where do you get to? Let's explore those questions vocally, through embodiment, through breath - Together. Together creating more space in our bodies for voice and moods, and then meeting in the unique language of our sounding bodies. First we kiss the body awake with body- and breathing-exercises and then we let our voices run free. Whether they want to squeak, sigh, jump, scream or bathe in the sound of mantras and simple songs...a diverse mix of moods awaits you! No previous experience necessary.
Come as you are and as you want to be.
Breathwork Meditation w. Christina (D/E)
Breathwork, as I offer it, is an active breath meditation that invites you to strengthen your resources, cleanse your system and raise your energy level. I bring together elements from Holotropic Breathwork, yoga & pranayama, neuroscience and spirituality to enrich your experience. During a session, you connect with your breath for 60 minutes, which takes you on an inner transformative breathwave. The breath is our life - without breath there is no life - we connect through it with a very original and essential force within us, which harmoniously orders our whole system and promotes healing and becoming whole. Body, mind & soul are equally purified and harmonised.
Yoga Nidra Journey w. Flavia (E)
An evening of rest, renewal and exploration of the liminal state called Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a deeply rejuvenating meditation technique that is practiced laying down in Savasana. Yoga Nidra induces a state of physical sleep while your consciousness stays alert and present. This practice can be very beneficial to regulate one's sleeping patterns & hormone levels, can help coping with chronic pain and reduce stress levels. Before guiding the Yoga Nidra practice, I will open with either a Slow Flow, soft Yin Yoga postures, Restorative postures, Mantra chanting or Pranayama to soothe the nervous system. Let’s dream together!
