Yoga Nidra or 'yogic sleep' is an ancient deep relaxation practice usually experienced lying down. By resting deeply we distance ourselves from our thoughts and emotions, come back to the calm within, supporting us to heal physically and mentally. My yoga nidra sessions are often accompanied by Tibetan Singing bowls which enhance the process and help dissolve blockages. These sessions are helpful to release tension, resolve symptoms of stress, anxiety and trauma, positively altering your brain such that you may feel calmer, happier and more connected to yourself.
