About the event
In this monthly community gathering, you will be guided through an evening of rest, renewal and exploration of the liminal state called Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a deeply rejuvenating meditation technique that is practiced laying down in Savasana. Yoga Nidra induces a state of physical sleep while your consciousness stays alert and present. This practice can be very beneficial to regulate one's sleeping patterns & hormone levels, can help coping with chronic pain and reduce stress levels.
Before guiding a long Yoga Nidra practice (45 minutes), Flavia will open with either an opening Slow Flow, soft Yin Yoga postures, Restorative postures, Mantra chanting or Pranayama to soothe the nervous system. This monthly class will be infused with intuitive musings on the monthly qualities that are present. Let’s dream together!
