About Cheyenne

In my sound journeys I strive to create a space where you can experience stillness within your body and your mind. Being able to consciously listen to your inner voice is something I think we all don’t find enough time for. We are so used to be stressed that we don’t even know anymore who we are without it. The same with our thoughts and emotions, we often don’t allow them to really be present. I would like to encourage you to cultivate a deeper connection to your emotions and to process them through feeling them. In this busy world my goal is to offer a safe space where you can experience calmness for your mind, body & soul that will lead you to feeling more alignment and trust in your own journey.
