Kundalini Yoga w. Gloria (D/E)
A feeling of pure contentment. That's what I felt after my first encounter with Kundalini Yoga. And what I want to pass on to you during our time together on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday evenings. The classes follow the classic structure of a Kundalini class and include a warm-up, various kriyas as well as meditations and mantras. If these terms don't mean anything to you: no problem. All are welcome, newcomers and experienced, German and English speakers.

Hatha yoga, Pranayama and Meditation w. Bess (E/D)
Hatha yoga is here to bring balance between the interaction of body, mind and prana (energy). The practice of Hatha yoga works on a mental level as much as it does on a physical level. It`s a powerful tool to balance our nervous system (by activating both sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system), to release blocked energy and to still the mind through asanas, pranayama (breath work) and mediation.
My classes are designed to explore the physical capabilities of the body, and also aims to reach a deep relaxation. At the end of the class, you may feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I`m looking forward to share the space with you, see you soon!

Hatha Flow w. Filippo (D/E)
Hatha Flow Yoga combines traditional Hatha Yoga postures joined together on a smooth and continuous movement synchronized with our breath. By practicing and moving from one pose to the next, we build strength, flexibility and balance. Consciousness and concentration will drive us throughout the energetic and at the same time calming class. The class opens with chanting a Mantra, a meditation practice or a certain breathing technique to centre and to set up for the class. Before we flow, we take care by warming up the muscles to prevent from injuries. And the class closes with Shavasana accompanied by sounds of the singing bowls, a Reiki-treatment or just quietness, enabling deep relaxation of the mind and body. Ideal for beginners and intermediate.

Yin - Deep Tissue Serenity w. Melaney (D/E)
Every last Tuesday of the month, I invite you to my yin yoga class, in which we harmonize the flow of energy in the body. Yin yoga is based on three essential principles: Boundary (the point at which we feel a sensation, but not yet pain), stillness and time.
Immerse yourself in a world of relaxation and regeneration. This one-hour
practice is a gentle, meditative experience that aims to release deep tension to create space. The asanas are held for an extended period of time. Through conscious breathing and mindfulness, we reduce stress and tension.

Yin & Yang Yoga w. Elena (E)
Yin and Yang are about relative qualities present in everything. Yin means feminine, passive, internal and cooling, while Yang means masculine, active, external and warming. In this class we will combine both to achieve balance. We will start with a strong hatha-based practice (yang), including sun salutations and various asanas to strengthen and tone our body, improve flexibility and increase stamina. We will then transition to a slower Yin practice, where poses are held for longer, allowing us to deeper connect to ourselves and stimulate the meridians (energy channels), bringing balance to the body and mind. We will close the class with Shavasana – the most important restorative practice, which is also perfect to call it a day. The class is suitable for all levels.

Loop Sound Meditation w. Marina (E)
This is a massage for your energetic body to restore you energy center. You will be guided into a deep meditation through singing bowls, harmonies and sounds by vocal transmissions using the Loop Station. The sound vibrations impacts listeners state of being and has been known to evoke a sphere of inner harmony and radiance.
Similar to Yoga Nidra, you will experience the transition from the beta wave state (awake) to the alpha state, the brain wave frequency that connects conscious thought to the subconscious. The hertz frequencies and vibrations of the sound healing support the cells of your body to let go and relax mind while healing processes can happen.

Yin Yoga w. Giuliana (D)
I would like to take you on a journey into inner silence this evening. Through meditation, yin yoga, breathing exercises and sound accompaniment, we will leave everyday life behind and recharge our batteries with confidence and energy for the days ahead. Yin Yoga is a calm and slow practice that allows tensions in the body and mind to release. In addition to deep stretches of the muscles, we also address fascia, ligaments and tendons. Yin Yoga makes us more flexible, strengthens our body awareness and creates space for insight. I like to bring themes into the class, such as one of the five elements, the seasons, or more general themes such as kindness and appreciation.
Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing w. Myriam (E)
Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep" is an ancient deep relaxation practice usually experienced lying down. By resting deeply we distance ourselves from our thoughts and emotions, come back to the calm within, supporting us to heal physically and mentally. My Yoga Nidra sessions are often accompanied by Tibetan Singing bowls which enhance the process and help dissolve blockages. These sessions are helpful to release tension, resolve symptoms of stress, anxiety and trauma, positively altering your brain such that you may feel calmer, happier and more connected to yourself.

Breathwork w. Jessica (D/E)
Join me in a conscious connected Breathwork session to get in touch with your unconscious self and face the hidden forces within. One of the greatest benefits of breathwork is that it is a self-healing practice. This method helps you to reduce muscle tension and anxiety present with stress-related symptoms and thoughts, boost attention span and sharpen focus, calm your nervous system, prepares your body for rest and strengthen the immune system. It supports you to connect to your higher self and gain clarity. To receive these benefits, all you have to do is join me in a Breathwork session in comfortable clothes, lie down and breath connected breaths through your mouth. In a safe space I guide you with music, my voice and if you like bodywork to release what no longer serves you so you can get out of your busy mind and connect more to your heart and body.
