I remember very well how I felt after I attended my first Kundalini class. I had been practicing Yoga on and off for a couple of years, mostly Hatha and Vinyasa, when I first heard someone talking about Kundalini Yoga. Without knowing much about it, I went for a trial class. And when I left the studio, I felt so deeply content, calm and at peace. I wanted to know more about it and became curious. And above all, I wanted to feel like that again. Through my regular Kundalini practice I have gained physical and mental strength, confidence, consciousness and peace of mind. And now, I look forward to passing on these effects in my classes. Besides Kundalini, I love books and have been working in the art book publishing world for many years. Yoga has become more and more important in my life over the years. For me, the physical practice is like a flirt with my own body. In the interplay between strength and stretching, effort and relaxation, yin and yang, I feel serenity and a strong sense of connection. Through my powerful yoga flows, I want you to feel the same.

In my classes, I focus on the importance of precise alignment. Inspired by Iyengar, I like to use props such as blocks, straps, and other tools to make the practice more accessible or to deepen it. I offer a variety of variations so that the poses can be adjusted to meet each individual's needs and abilities. My goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone – regardless of experience, flexibility, or physical condition – while still keeping it challenging.

Traditional elements like Pranayama, Mantras, and Mudras flow into my sessions to preserve the long-standing yoga tradition. Music is an essential part of my classes. You can expect a carefully selected playlist and a calming sound bath at the end of the class.

Certified Hatha and Yoga Nidra teacher

I have a past and present spent in the architectural world, and I can recognise how much time we are trapped in our head, making mental journeys that can affect our body and staying in wrong postures sometimes for the most part of our day. I started practicing Iyengar yoga in 2015 in Bologna, Italy, focusing more on the alignment of the asanas: my body needed attentions after the long office hours. Soon I discovered the power of Yoga, and its benefit on the mind, not only on the body: I started to see improvement in every aspect of my life and I became more and more passionate including in my practice meditation and pranayama.

After moving to Zurich in 2017 I started the practice of Hatha Yoga, and I completed the 200H Yoga Teach Training and Yoga Nidra training in Sanapurna.

I strongly believe that taking time to practice Yoga distribute our energy back to all the part of us that we have forgotten and leave space fo healthy thinking, and this is what I try to transmit in my classes.

Marina holds a Master of Arts in Performance in Music, is a certified Integrative Health Coach, EFT / TFT Master Practitioner and a consultant of private clients at Migros Bank.
The Swiss singer and sound healer writes intentional music whose frequencies are a blend of warm sounds and floating beats mixed with angelic vocal transmissions. Her music impacts listeners state of being and has been known to evoke a sphere of inner harmony and radiance. Her own journey to authenticity is the driving catalyst for her to inspire listeners to free their heart with her music.

I combine elements of Hatha Yoga, Sound Meditation, Breathwork and classical meditation in my yoga practice. Driven by curiosity and openness, I create my classes with knowledge from Hatha Yoga, Sound Meditation, Breathwork and Meditation. I like to be inspired by new, exciting techniques and integrate them into my practice.

My motivation is to create spaces in which mindfulness, connection and authentic contact can arise - with oneself and with others. Places where everyone feels welcome and comfortable. Yoga helps me to manage stress and cultivate a loving, mindful relationship with myself. I would like to share this experience with others.

The focus of my practice is the conscious awareness of body, breath, thoughts and emotions. I see yoga and sound meditation as a path to greater self-connection, clarity and inner growth.

During my professional experience as a team leader, I consciously realized that the team you lead is a reflection of your behavior. Through Yoga I experienced an even more intense reflection of myself. Yoga can be a mirror that reveals what lies beneath the surface. The intense immersion in the practice and philosophy of yoga touched my heart so deeply that I discovered a great passion and thirst for knowledge for it. Yoga for me is somehow pure, conscious, and unconscious love with the ups and downs through life and afterlife. I love to give my students the space to create and feel their own individual yoga experience and allow them time to connect with their inner selves. 

My yoga classes are influenced by Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, which lead into a meditative flow through the connection of movement and breath. Depending on the energy, weather or moon cycles, I like to combine the yoga evenings with stories, themes and pranayamas to dive even deeper into the practice and to help students to let go what no longer serves them.
