Hatha Yoga and Chanting with Christian

Let us come together and celebrate the beginning of Spring with a chanting circle – just in time for the colourful holiday of Holi!

First, we flow through some light vinyasa practice to come into our body and breathing and then we chant old powerful mantras, supported by the harmonium.

We harmonise our movements, our voices, our hearts with each other and finish peacefully in silent meditation.
