February is the month of love - how our world needs more love. Today we start with ourselves and each other. We come together and open our hearts with some nourishing breath and yoga practices and share a beautiful heart based meditation. We float into an expanded state of awareness with a heart centred yoga nidra practice coming back to the energy of love always within us. Calmly fill your love tank and come away feeling more peaceful, connected and loving.
