Join me for a transformative evening workshop, "Embracing the Feminine Archetypes - Create Remembrance in Your Body” designed to connect you with the profound and diverse aspects of the feminine within. This workshop is an invitation to explore and embody the sacred feminine archetypes, fostering self-discovery, empowerment, and a deep sense of sisterhood.

We will begin our journey with a calming grounding meditation, creating a receptive space for exploration. Following this, you'll gain insight into the various feminine archetypes such as the Maiden, Mother, Wild Woman, Lover, Queen, Light and Dark Feminine, and understand their significance and how they manifest in our lives. 

Next, we will engage in a Breathwork exercises designed to release tension and connect deeply with the feminine energy within you.
