​Ready to enjoy a weekend with two Teachers with 10 years background in Embodiment Practices, Ecstatic Dance, Music Production, Visual Content Creation and Event Planning bringing their expertise to Zurich.

You will learn:

• Receive hands on guidance on how to use effects, faders etc on your DJ controller
• Embody the Role of Ecstatic Dance Facilitator, experience daily embodiment & movement practices, investigate Physical and Spiritual Waves, Emotions and Polarities in connection to Music and Sound Healing
• Create your music library and playlists in the Traktor Dj software
• Learn to organize and promote yourself as a DJ, create your audience and team
• Experience the thrill of playing your first Ecstatic Dance DJ set - Open to Friends!

6 MODULES IN 3 DAYS​ ​

MODULE 1: DANCE AS A SPIRITUAL PRACTICE

We will study the roots and the History of ED development, observing Osho Dynamic Meditation / 5 Rhythms and other examples to understand how Dance is intimately connected to spirituality

5 Rhythms is a dance meditation, designed by Gabriella Roth, a very powerful Technique that expresses clearly the 5 Energies carried by Music, every song can be categorized and used intentionally to activate different processes in your audience.

MODULE 2: DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF THE ED “STAGES”

We will study the core foundation of Ecstatic Dance, the "Wave principle" understanding different energies, Physical/Spiritual connections, throught Music and Sound Healing.

MODULE 3: ECSTATIC DANCE DJ STRUCTURE

We will study where to find music, how to create your music library and playlists in the Traktor Dj software

MODULE 4: TECHNICAL SIDE. THE ART OF DJ-INGWe will study how to mix the tracks and the functions of the Traktor DJ software, what are DJ-controllers and how to use the

MODULE 5: DJ-ING: ADVANCED TECHNIQUES

We will study advanced dj mixing techniques, technical requirement, mix recording and live dj practice

MODULE 6: ORGANIZATION. MARKETING AND MONETIZATION

We will study how to organize your offline or online event, how to promote yourself as a DJ, and how to gain audience and create your team. What is essential for a high-quality event

​Everybody can take part on the facilitation and Dj for an Ecstatic Dance that will Open to the Public on Sunday Evening from 18 to 20.30, so you can invite your friends to your first ED!
