Let us come together and brighten the darker time of the year with a chanting circle. As we flow with our breath through some light asanas and then chant old powerful mantras, we harmonise our movements, our voices, our hearts with each other and shine a soft glowing light on the world, finishing peacefully in silent meditation.

I received teachings in the Ashtanga tradition of yoga as well as Sanskrit and chanting in South India, while living and studying with my guru ji. Kirtan chanting and Bhakti Yoga have always fascinated and inspired me and I would like to share this inspiration with all of you. “There are no beginners, no experts, and the practice itself is the teacher, guiding us to ourselves.” Our chanting is accompanied and supported by the drone harmonium and finger cymbals.
