Description

Join us for this 90-minute Cacao, Breathwork and Meditation journey where we’ll work on releasing pent-up emotions and resentment, to nurture a more compassionate and loving relationship with yourself and those around you.

  • Beginning with Cacao and intention setting;
  • Followed by conscious Breathwork to release pent-up emotions and resentment,
  • Followed by a Meditation to cultivate kindness and compassion.
  • At the end there will be time to reflect, journal, share and integrate.

Things to bring: water bottle, journal and pen, wear comfortable clothes.

Things to note:

  • Night before: avoid alcohol. Alcohol can block our intuition and it is also dehydrating. We want our bodies to be physically and energetically primed to take in all of the goodness and meditative powers of Cacao.
  • Day of: avoid caffeine and dairy. Dairy can inhibit the absorption of antioxidants from Cacao, whilst caffeine can make us wired and jittery. Eat something very light before you come.
  • We only use ethically sourced ceremonial grade Cacao that fairly supports the local communities that produce it.
  • Be aware that the Theobromine in Cacao is a vasodilator; it increases the heart rate and lowers blood pressure. Since we will consume a ceremonial dose, it should be avoided if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, epileptic, on medication, or have a pre-existing heart condition.
