This Sunday invites you to open the eyes of your heart with mindfulness. We will practice in a state of flow tridimensional asanas in synchronization with each of the seven chakras with intention and mediative affirmations.

The setting will highlight the use of color lights and binaural sounds in progressive wave frequencies from delta, theta, alpha, beta until gamma. The session aims to bring internal neurochemistry in balance, improving mental clarity for meta cognition and rewire belief systems elevating the gratitude consciousness.
