Composition of Sadhana 1. Reading of the Japji Sahib ("Song of the Soul"), a spiritual poem in Gurmukhi. 2. Activating yoga asanas that make you fit for the day 3. Mantra meditation, consisting of 7 mantras This class is donation based. Please register by noon the day before.
