Let's explore those questions vocally, through embodiment, through breath - Together.
Together creating more space in our bodies for voice and moods, and then meeting in the unique language of our sounding bodies.
Too poetic?
First we kiss the body awake with body- and breathing-exercises and then we let our voices run free. Whether they want to squeak, sigh, jump, scream or bathe in the sound of mantras and simple songs...a diverse mix of moods awaits you! ;)
Important: No previous experience necessary.
