Take some time and pamper yourself during this wonderful and tranquil 3 h Workshop.
We'll start with Meditation and a 1h Yin Yoga practice, which will transistion into a 1h Soundbath.
Your body, mind and soul will get the chance to relly relax, strech and let go and you'll float into your Sunday afternoon with a lightness you've never felt before.
