Meditation and Sound with Rossana & Cheyenne
A gentle, nourishing and relaxing evening together to completely unwind, recharge and rest with a guided relaxation meditation and a sublime sound journey.
You will lay down on a cosy mat, with cushion and blankets and fully receive this gentle and soft gift, taking you to a state of complete peace.
About Rossana
Co-Founder & Co-Owner of Elevate Studio, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Certified Teacher (500 hr), Certified Shakti Dance Facilitator, People Engagement Manager @Teralytics. Training in various forms of meditation, mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, and other spiritual and healing practices in Bali, Thailand, California, Eritrea and India.
Since 2016, I have been leading meditation, yoga and wellbeing sessions, offering talks at conferences, festivals and teacher trainings. Additionally, my mission is to bring more awareness into Business.
